Summer Internship Opportunity in Rep. Zepnick’s Office

Wisconsin State Representative Josh Zepnick’s office is seeking qualified individuals for internships for the summer. This is a great chance for students to learn more about government while increasing their writing skills, building connections, and genuinely helping people through community outreach. The deadline for applications is Friday June 9th.

Interns in the Zepnick office would be responsible for many tasks including:
  • Database management for constituent outreach program 
  • Constituent relations and case work
  • Press release and correspondence writing
There will also be opportunities for research projects
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Strong writing and all around communication skills
  • Spanish speaking a plus, but not required
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Website Entry work
  • An interest in seeing government in action and making government work for people
  • A strong work ethic with and the ability to work well with a team to accomplish task
